Matt Samuelson's crepe recipe!

here is the recipe that Matt created for day 2 of spontaneous cafe here at my home in Venice!
CREPES
2 cups zucchini
31/2 cups of coconut pulp
1 t white miso
1 t salt
1/4 t dried basil
1/4 t oregano
dash white pepper
yum
